NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL – A HUB FOR GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS

National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is a digital scholarship platform which carries multiple scholarships offered by central government, state governments and different government agencies like UGC (University Grants Commission), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), etc. The National Scholarship Portalhosts about 50 scholarships worth hundreds of crores among the scholarship seekers registered on the platform.  According to officials, the platform has, so far, helped government implement and disburse scholarships worth more than INR 2000 crores. The platform boasts of more than 125 Lac applications out of which 105 Lac applications are verified also.

MOMA Scholarships – Key dates

These national minority scholarships are generally announced in the month of July every year. The key dates for the 2019 scholarship applications are highlighted below.

MOMA Scholarships – Rewards

The students selected for these minority scholarships receive financial assistance for the entire course in the form of admission, course/tuition fee and maintenance allowance. The maintenance allowance is given to students for a period of 10 months in an academic year. The details of scholarship amounts are highlighted below.
